Description: Northern Commercials Ltd, the leading Iveco and Fiat Professional dealership in Lancashire is looking to recruit a proactive individual to join their service admin. Located at the Irlam site (M44) there is an opportunity on permanent days. As a proactive member of the dealership’s team you will be required to contribute towards an efficient operation, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
Due to increasing performance, we are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor working out of our dealership in Irlam Wharf In. Est, Irlam
You will be responsible for:-
- Managing the Service Desk
- Making and receiving calls/emails to/from customers
- Booking in vehicles for repairs and servicing
- Taking payments
- Liaising with internal staff in order to keep customers updated on their vehicles
For this role you must have excellent customer service skills
previous service experience within the automotive industry and knowledge of Kerridge would be an advantage.
