As a proactive member of the dealership's team you will be required to contribute towards an efficient operation, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
Main duties will include:
- Reporting to the Service Manager
- Customer care
- Working alongside our qualified service receptionists and workshop control to ensure efficient progression of work is processed through the workshop
- Liaising with customers and updating vehicle progress
- Gaining authority for work required
- Scheduling vehicle bookings
As this is a trainee position the experience is not a key factor but could be advantageous. The ideal candidate for this role will have a friendly approach with a good personality, to be computer literate and takes pride in the work they do. An ability to communicate at all levels.
This is negotiable with age and experience but the foundation hours are:
Day shift will be Monday to Fridays 08.00am – 17.00pm with an hour’s unpaid lunch break.
The salary will be in line with the rates given within the service admin team and based around the progression of knowledge and experience, we will be running with a recognized training board to provide NVQ qualifications through the trainee period. The salary package will be discussed during the interview process.
Starting at 20 days per annum which exclude bank holidays.
The holiday entitlement can be up to 25 days per annum with length of continual service and will be discussed at interview.
